“I had a professor one time... He said, 'Class, you will forget almost
everything I will teach you in here, so please remember this: that God
spoke to Balaam through his ass, and He has been speaking through asses
ever since. So, if God should choose to speak through you, you need not
think too highly of yourself. And, if on meeting someone, right away you
recognize what they are, listen to them anyway'.”

Psalm 46
"God is our refuge and strength,
always ready to help in times of trouble.
So we will not fear when earthquakes come
and the mountains crumble into the sea.
Let the oceans roar and foam.
Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge!"
-Psalm 46:1-3
Abba, Daddy.
Be my shelter, my strong tower, my fortress, my Love, my Lover, my Protector, my Bridegroom, my Kinsmen Redeemer.
My soul is so disarray, fallen apart and needy.
I'm needy.
In need of You.
To throw my arms around You and weep,
to let all the pain out of this soul.
Please carry,
Please protect.
Please Love me.
Despite all of my failing and failures
please Love me.
I want to have no regrets.
"When I leave I want to go out like Elijah.
With a whirlwind to fuel my chariot of fire.
When I look back on the stars,
It'll be like a candlelight in central park.
And it won't break my heart to say goodbye."
